This luxury residential project, which took four years to complete, has been a great success. FPP is a firm founded with a vision of collaborative work and redefining the concept of luxury. They developed a series of apartments in one of Mexico City’s most important and exclusive complexes, which stands out for its breathtaking views.

The design focused on creating visual pathways with unexpected twists and surprises, allowing residents to discover the project’s final result. Over the four years of development, the spaces evolved both in construction and design, involving all participants and collaborators.

IHO Lighting played a crucial role in the lighting, providing fixtures that met the high expectations for quality and design in this type of project. One of the project’s most notable features is the versatility achieved through magnetic rails, which allow the lighting layout to be completely reconfigured based on the artwork and furniture present.

The project’s success is reflected in client satisfaction, for whom the functionality of the space is just as important as its appearance.
